Public Call for Training in Digital Marketing
Introduction
The economic growth and development of the private sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina are increasingly reliant on digital connectivity and the digitization of business operations. The City Administration of the City of Bijeljina has established the Innovation Centre for Sustainable Development, InCOR, and it is planned to officially launch the centre’s activities through training in the field of Digital Marketing as part of the ‘DigitalBIZ’ project.
The Innovation Centre for Sustainable Development, InCOR, is supported through the ‘DigitalBIZ’ project conducted by the United Nations Development Program in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The ‘DigitalBIZ’ project aims to support businesses that want to introduce the use of digital tools and equipment for digital transformation by improving their work and production processes, opening new business opportunities and markets, and enhancing resilience to risks and external influences. Support to small and medium enterprises through a combination of individual measures leads to more effective and comprehensive responses to their business needs. At the same time, this support promotes advanced approaches to the operation of small and medium enterprises, focusing on the development of necessary knowledge and skills of employees for easier and faster access to markets. Through this support, the competitiveness of small and medium enterprises will directly increase, productivity will rise, and faster economic growth will be enabled.
Description of the training
This Public Call is announced for the purpose of applications to participate in the Digital Marketing training program. Two training sessions will be organized, focusing on the needs of the economy and the labour market’s demand for new, modern skills and knowledge, aiming to make participants more competitive in the market.
The training sessions are free and will be held at the Innovation Centre for Sustainable Development – InCOR, Filipa Višnjića 17 (above the Garden Pub).
Who is eligible to apply?
Representatives of SMEs, independent entrepreneurs, and employees in the private sector with a registered place of business in the territory of the City of Bijeljina.
Participants receive a certificate upon completion of the training if they attend more than 85% of the sessions.
One person cannot apply for both training sessions.
Preference in candidate selection will be given to employees already working on business improvement and marketing.
How to apply?

After the application period expires, applicants will be informed about the results.
Considering the current epidemiological situation and the spatial capacity of InCOR, the number is limited to 16 persons per training session.
