The Innovation Center Bijeljina – InCOR (https://incor.ba) is a unique space for learning, innovation, and collaboration. It is intended for young, innovative, and creative individuals who wish to develop their ideas, exchange knowledge, and acquire practical skills. The centre aims to support personal
development while contributing to a sustainable local community, with a particular focus on the IT sector.
In addition to young people, the Innovation Center Bijeljina is also open to entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized enterprises, and non-governmental organizations that lack adequate space to develop and grow their ideas or businesses.
Services Offered by InCOR
The following services are available to users:
- Networking and partnerships
- Labour market-oriented training
- Start-up support
- Coworking space
- Creative space for meetings and workshops
The regularly organized training programmes are aligned with current economic demands. Their goal is to strengthen participants’ competitiveness in the labour market by providing practical knowledge and modern skills.
So far, more than 250 participants have successfully completed the training programmes organised by InCOR.
InCOR Coworking Space
The modern, well-equipped coworking space is a particular highlight, offering flexibility and independence in work. Users can choose their own workspace and set their own working hours, while all technical requirements are already provided:
- Reliable internet
- Meeting room
- Computer, printer, scanner
- Projector and a comfortable environment
The space is located at Filipa Višnjića 17 (above the “Garden Pub” café) and is completely free to use.

Plans and Future Activities
InCOR continuously expands its network of partners and introduces new programs. There is a special focus on business digitalization, youth employment, and strengthening the capacities of entrepreneurs.
