Introductory Information
The City of Bijeljina, as part of its activities aimed at strengthening the capacities of the local economy and encouraging digital transformation, announces a public call for participation in the workshop “From AI to You – Tools That Transform Business.”
The workshop aims to introduce participants to practical ways of applying artificial intelligence in business, particularly within small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as among individual entrepreneurs.
Eligible participants are representatives of business entities operating in the territory of the City of Bijeljina. The number of available places is limited.
Training Description
The workshop “From AI to You – Tools That Transform Business” is intended for anyone who wants to understand and apply modern AI technologies without prior technical knowledge.
Through practical examples and interactive exercises, participants will learn:
- How artificial intelligence is transforming various industries (marketing, tourism, agriculture, education, and administration);
- How to use popular tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Perplexity, ElevenLabs, Gamma, and Lovable.dev;
- How to select the right tools for their business and optimize internal processes;
- Mini simulation: “A Day with an AI Assistant” – participants will work through real business tasks supported by AI.
The training is interactive and will be delivered through a combination of theoretical lectures, practical exercises, and group work on real-life examples.
The training will be delivered by Nermin Zejnilović, an expert in innovation, digital transformation, and the application of artificial intelligence, with a focus on connecting technology, behavior, and decision-making (company D.O.O. “PHG 369”).
Duration: Two days.
The training is free of charge and will be held at Inovacioni centar za održivi razvoj – InCOR, Filipa Višnjića 17 (above the “Garden Pub” café).
Workshop Outcomes
- Understanding key opportunities for applying AI tools in business;
- Selecting and combining AI tools according to business needs;
- Acquiring basic skills for digital transformation of activities;
- Certificate of successful completion of the workshop.
Who Can Apply?
Eligible applicants include representatives of micro, small, medium, and large enterprises, as well as individual entrepreneurs from the territory of the City of Bijeljina.
The number of participants is limited.
Participants will receive a certificate upon successful completion of the training.
Please note: If you withdraw during the training, you will not be eligible to receive a certificate nor participate in similar trainings organized by InCOR in the future.
InCOR is designed to provide free services to businesses and citizens by supporting the development of knowledge and skills that contribute to better business performance.

Applications must be submitted exclusively online no later than April 20, 2026, by 23:59.

During the online application process, the representative of the business entity must submit (in PDF format) a signed and stamped statement from the employer confirming the participant’s involvement on behalf of the respective company.
The statement can be downloaded via the provided link.
After the application deadline, all applicants will be informed about the results.
The number of participants is limited to 15 persons.
In case of a higher number of applications, priority will be given to candidates who have not previously attended trainings organized by InCOR.
