Introduction

In a time when the entire world is moving into the online space, it is essential for your business to keep up and be as digitized as possible.

Digitization is a crucial prerequisite for the economy of Republika Srpska to remain competitive and to position itself well in foreign markets. This is the only way companies can effectively compete with international firms.

Regardless of the nature of your business or the type of goods and services you offer, your operations can take place online. The online world provides opportunities for receiving paid orders, scheduling meetings or consultations, communicating with your consumers, or simply presenting and promoting your business. Online business, with online commerce being one of its most significant segments, is the future of business management.

This training aims to support SMEs and independent entrepreneurs in the area of the City of Bijeljina who wish to introduce the use of digital tools and equipment for the purpose of digital transformation by improving their own work processes and production, opening up new business opportunities and markets, and strengthening resilience to risks and external influences. At the same time, this support promotes advanced approaches to SMEs’ and entrepreneurs’ business operations and focuses on developing the necessary knowledge and skills of employees for easier and faster access to markets. Through this support, competitiveness of SMEs and entrepreneurs will directly increase, productivity will rise, and faster economic growth will be enabled.
