Digitalization is a key prerequisite for the economy of Republika Srpska to remain competitive and position itself well in foreign markets. Only through digitalization can businesses effectively compete with international companies.
Regardless of the nature of your business and the type of services or goods you offer, your operations can take place online. The online world provides opportunities for receiving paid orders, scheduling meetings or consultations, communicating with customers, or simply presenting and promoting your business. Online business, including online commerce as one of its most significant segments, represents the future of conducting business.
This training aims to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and independent entrepreneurs in the territory of the City of Bijeljina who wish to introduce the use of digital tools and equipment for the purpose of digital transformation. This includes the improvement of their own work and production processes, opening new business opportunities and markets, and strengthening resilience to risks and external influences. Support for small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs through a combination of individual measures leads to more effective and comprehensive responses to their business needs. Simultaneously, this support promotes advanced approaches to the business of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs, focusing on the development of necessary knowledge and skills among employees for easier and faster access to markets. Through this support, the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs will be directly increased, productivity will rise, and faster economic growth will be facilitated.
Training description
This Public Call is issued for the purpose of applications to participate in the training program related to fundamentals of Web Design, with a total duration of 40 hours. The training is focused on the needs of businesses for modern skills and knowledge to enhance visibility in today’s market.
The City of Bijeljina – Section for Local Economic Development and European Integration, within the framework of the Innovation Centre for Sustainable Development (InCOR), will provide all training participants with the opportunity to work in a real environment. Each participant will receive their sub domain for a duration of 12 months (free of charge), enabling them to work on their internet presentation and showcase their business at any time.
The training sessions are free and will be held at the Innovation Centre for Sustainable Development – InCOR, located at Filipa Višnjića 17 (above the Garden Pub). The training will be conducted by trainers with over 10 years of experience in the development of web technologies.
Who is eligible to apply?
Representatives of SMEs and independent entrepreneurs with registered business operations in Bijeljina.
Participants will receive a certificate upon completing the training if they attend more than 85% of the sessions.
If selected to participate in the web design training, you are required to attend 85% of the sessions (34 out of 40 hours).
In case of withdrawal during the training, you will not be entitled to a certificate, nor will you be able to participate in similar training programs organized by InCOR in the future.
InCOR is designed to provide free services to businesses and citizens, supporting the enhancement of knowledge and skills contributing to their improved business operations.

The training will take place from 24 to 26 November 2023.
During the electronic application, the representative of the business entity should submit, in PDF format, a signed and stamped statement of participation on behalf of the mentioned business entity. The statement is an integral part of this public call.
After the application period expires, the applicants will be informed about the results.
The number of participants is limited to 16 individuals per training.
