The City of Bijeljina is launching a public call for participation in a Project Cycle Management (PCM) training course intended for entrepreneurs.
Project writing training – introductory information
In order to strengthen the capacity of the local economy, we are organizing a training program that will provide participants with knowledge on the preparation and implementation of projects funded through various programs.
Eligible participants include representatives of business entities operating in the territory of the City of Bijeljina. The number of places is limited to 10 participants per session.
Who can apply?
- Representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
- Sole proprietors from Bijeljina
All participants will receive a certificate of completion.
What does the project writing training include?
The Project Cycle Management (PCM) training covers:
- Fundamentals of PCM methodology
- Stakeholder analysis
- Problem and objective definition
- Preparation of a logical framework matrix
- Writing a project proposal
- Budgeting and planning
- Setting performance indicators
- Methods for project monitoring and evaluation
The training is free of charge and interactive, combining theory, hands-on exercises, and group work.
