TEDx Sarajevo, in collaboration with the UNDP Bridge project, is organizing a free workshop on the topic of CRITICAL THINKING on Saturday, 11 March 2023. Registration is open to all young individuals aged 18 to 25 from Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the deadline for applications is Friday, 10 March.
As part of the BRIDGE project, implemented and co-financed by the United Nations Development Programme in Bosnia and Herzegovina (UNDP BiH), with financial support from the Italian Agency for Development Cooperation (AICS), TEDx Sarajevo is organizing a series of workshops in various cities in Bosnia and Herzegovina in February and March 2023. These workshops are designed to develop the business skills of young people aged 18 to 25. Aligned with the goals of the BRIDGE project, all activities are focused on bringing youth from different backgrounds together, ultimately contributing to better connectivity among young people across the country. Through workshops held in collaboration with TEDx, special attention will be given to entrepreneurship and personal development, aiming to better equip young individuals to be active members of the economic community. By working together and achieving success, they contribute to building a more connected society.
The fourth full-day workshop on the topic of Critical Thinking will be held in Bijeljina at the InCOR premises (Filipa Višnjića 17, above Garden pub) on Saturday, 11 March 2023, from 11 am to 4 pm. Participants will work with lecturer Marin Bago, who has decades of experience in research, analytics, activism, and social work. The goal of this interactive workshop is to impart practical knowledge to young individuals about the fundamentals of critical thinking skills necessary for successful functioning in a work environment.
Marin Bago is a prominent activist from Mostar, and his Association for the Improvement of Quality of Life ‘Futura’ has been addressing numerous issues in Mostar for years. These issues range from wastewater collectors, sludge from treatment plants to irregularities in tender procedures and public procurement.
