digitalni marketing

City Administration officials in Bijeljina joined a digital marketing training at InCOR. The session aimed to improve their communication skills and help them work more confidently with social media. In addition, the training introduced simple tools that can support their daily tasks. As a result, participants gained clear and practical knowledge they can apply right away.

Clear examples and step-by-step learning

The Section for Local Economic Development and European Integration organized the training, while experts from WEB Studio Mostar led the program. They used short explanations, visual examples and guided exercises. Because of this approach, the content remained easy to follow.

During the workshop, participants learned several important skills. For example, they explored:

  • how to use AI tools for faster content creation,
  • why social media trends change and how to follow them,
  • ways to protect and improve online reputation,
  • techniques for writing short and friendly messages,
  • methods for creating simple but effective visuals.

In addition, trainers shared quick tips that help with daily communication. Therefore, the training offered both theory and hands-on practice. Furthermore, the group discussed real situations from their work, which made the session even more relevant.

Next module planned for December

This training represents the first part of a longer program. The next module will take place in December and will cover more advanced topics. For instance, participants will learn how to plan digital campaigns, set communication goals and build long-term strategies. In addition, the next session will include group work and guided practice, giving participants more space to test new ideas.
