The intensive startup program CampUP Bijeljina will be held from November 26 to 28, 2025, at the Sokolski Dom in Bijeljina. The program is organized by the Science and Technology Park of the Republic of Srpska, in cooperation with the City of Bijeljina and the Section for Local Economic Development and European Integration.
What is CampUP?
CampUP is a three-day startup camp for young people aged 18 to 35. It welcomes:
- final-year high school students
- university students from all fields
- young people with business ideas
- anyone who wants to enter the startup world
The program helps participants learn the essential steps of developing a business idea. They move from identifying a problem to shaping a clear and sustainable business model.
What Can Participants Expect?
During CampUP, participants will:
- create new ideas and test them
- identify real-world problems and propose solutions
- form teams and work in a fast startup environment
- learn how to use the Lean Startup approach
- join practical workshops, group activities, and short lectures
Experienced trainers will guide them. In addition, they will share examples from their own work in startup development.
Networking with Mentors and Entrepreneurs
CampUP Bijeljina also offers many chances to meet others. Participants can:
- connect with successful entrepreneurs

These meetings help young people gain useful insights and support. As a result, they grow both personally and professionally.
Final Startup Pitch Presentations
On the last day, each team will present its startup idea.
The final session focuses on pitch structure, clear communication, and confident public speaking. These skills are important for promoting any innovative solution.
